Permanent account and data removal
1Before You Delete
Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Please carefully review what will happen:
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted
- All app data and settings associated with your account will be deleted
- You will no longer receive notifications or updates
⚠️ Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you're experiencing issues, please contact our support team first.
2How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in two ways:
Option A: Through Our Mobile App
- Open the app and log in to your account
- Go to Settings or Account Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
- Verify your identity if required
Option B: Contact Support
If you prefer assistance or cannot access the app, contact our support team:

Include: Your registered email address and reason for deletion (optional)
ℹ️ Response Time: We typically process deletion requests within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
3Data Retention Policy
After you delete your account:
- Immediate deletion: Your profile, personal preferences, and account access
- 30-day retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
- Backup systems: Data in backup systems will be permanently deleted within 90 days
