Report in the app

For the most effective report, open ScreenZen → Halo tab → “Report an issue with halo”. Your report includes logs and diagnostics to help us investigate.

Response times

Acknowledgement	Within 5 business days
Status updates	Every 14 days until resolved
Resolution target	Within 30 days of receipt

If we need longer, we’ll explain why and share an updated estimate.
